Welcome to Active Parent. This site is designed to keep parents informed by allowing them to access their child’s school records, including attendance, current grades, homework, and discipline. If you already have an account, click on the Active Parent logo below to log in to Active Parent.

If you do not have an Active Parent account and wish to register for one, use the following procedures:

– On the page below, click on Active Parent Logo.

– Click on “Create an Active Parent Account” below the Active Parent Logo.

– The first screen requests information about the user (Parent/Guardian) creating the account. You will need the following information for this: your first name, last name, street address, city, zip code, home phone number, and email address (Your address can not be a P.O. Box). Also, at this time, you will be asked to provide a username for the account and a password.  The username and password must be six or more characters with any combination of letters or numbers.

*** (Please keep a record of the username and password that you select for future reference.) ***

  – After completing the user information, you will be prompted to login to your account to request information about your child(ren) enrolled in school.  For this screen, you will need the following information on each child enrolled: first name, last name, grade child is in this year and school.

Before you can use your account, it must be activated by a school official.  This process could take a few days, depending on the number of requests that are made. If you are not able to access Active Parent after a few days, send an email to to report the problem.

If you already have an Active Parent account and need to add additional children to your account, please use the following procedures:

–Login to your Active Parent account and click on the settings button at the top (example:CogWheel)

–Click on the Request Student button and follow the set of instructions listed above on this page.
