Dwayne is a 1990 graduate of Senatobia High School. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Master’s degree in Human Relations and Business. He worked for Georgia Pacific and United Technologies before joining Northwest Mississippi Community College in 2000 where he is currently Associate Vice President of Workforce Solutions and Career-Technical Education. He is a graduate of Leadership Tate County, Leadership Desoto, Mississippi Community College Leadership Academy, and the Education Policy Fellowship Program. He served as president of the Mississippi Workforce Director’s Association and is an active board member for the Tate County Economic Development Foundation and Mississippi Partnership Local Workforce Area. He is married to the former Jennifer Keough, and they have two children: Abbi (Senatobia class of 2018) and Jena (Senatobia class of 2029). Dwayne enjoys running, hunting, and spending time with his family.
