Senatobia Municipal School District

Tara is a second generation graduate of Senatobia High School (2006). In 2008 she graduated from Northwest MS Community College with an associates in nursing before pursuing her bachelors and masters in nursing at the University of Memphis. Tara has been practicing as a family nurse practitioner in the Tate County area since 2015. In addition to practicing as a primary health care provider, she has previously been adjunct and full-time faculty in the Northwest School of Nursing.

She is also co-owner of The Magnolia Room in Senatobia. She is married to Jason Puckett, and they have 2 children: Cannon (Senatobia class of 2033) and Ella Wilson (Senatobia class of 2036). In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching her children and nephews grow up as Warriors!
