Celebrating Thanksgiving at Senatobia Elementary School!
We would like to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving! Our school is buzzing with the holiday spirit, and one parent in particular, Mrs. Waller, arrived to collect her daughter dressed in a blow-up Turkey Costume. Talk about dedication!

Check out these little trailblazers! Fifth-grade Warriors from Senatobia Elementary got a sneak peek into college life with a tour of Northwest Mississippi Community College. The tour provided the students with a glimpse into college life and allowed them to explore the college campus. During the tour, the students were able to visit various departments and learn about the different programs that the college offers. They were also able to meet with college staff and ask questions about college life. The tour was a great way for the students to gain insight into higher education and to start thinking about their future academic paths!

Watercolor art class!

This week in Sweet Eats class, we made ice cream in a bag! Students learned how to follow a recipe and enjoy the fruits of their labor. During round two of sweet eats, students decorated cookies using orange Icing and fall colored sprinkles.

Lower elementary students have been learning about line art using watercolors this week in Fall Intersession!

Slime!!! We've been dabbling with mixtures and solutions in 3rd-5th Grade STEAM this week! Is it a liquid? Is it a solid? It is a non-Newtonian fluid/liquid. It is neither a liquid nor a solid. You can both pick it up with your hands like a solid, and it will ooze like a liquid. Much like a liquid, slime doesn't have its own shape, so it moulds to whatever container it is placed in.
